Donald Joseph Qualls also known as DJ Qualls in America is an American actor and producer. The actor gained fame following his performance on Road Trip. Since then, he has appeared on 20 features, such like The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. Apart from his appearances as a character in the film, he's played in 22 different TV programs like Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order as well as other. As a survivor of Hodgkin's Lymphoma and diagnosed with at the age of 14 Qualls is an avid fighter. It was remissioned two years later. His body was badly affected by the treatment and his development was slowed down. Because he was a child of poverty, he wanted to be financially secure. After living so modestly for so long, I must have this level of financial security. If not, the world appears beyond my reach. The man also talks about his youth to inspire him. He says that cruelty breaks his heart. DJ's ideal role is to become a father on reel, as well as in reality. He does however admit that directors don't usually choose him for these kinds of characters. One day he'd love to have a kid in order to be able to dedicate more time in order to spend more time with the newborn.
